New Patients

Overview

Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your dentist.

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.

Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. Oral hygiene instructions will be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth. In most cases, we will also clean your teeth on this visit and provide an evaluation that will outline your existing dental problems and proposed treatment.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

On your first visit, your dentist will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take high definition pictures of your teeth and we will explain to you whether or not you will require any treatment. Our team will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00am - 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 9am - 6pm
• Meeting and exceeding our patients' expectations.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, new patients please call (858) 999-3730 and existing patients, call (858) 270-4588.

Cancellations

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. It is courtesy on your part and will allow us to make this time available to another patient.

Financial

Our office strives to provide you with quality care that fits into your budget to make your treatment affordable. We accept most insurance plans and accept Visa and MasterCard. Our experienced staff will be glad to file insurance claim forms for you and help you in completing required paperwork.
